How to order your custom-made embroidered emblems and appliques:

1. Please e-mail or fax us your sample or sketch with colors specified. We can work out the fine
    artwork from your rough sketch.

2. Embroidered patches:
     2.1 To calculate patch size: Length + Width then divided by 2.
     2.2 Please use interpolation method to estimate price if some sizes or quantities are not in
            our price-list.
     2.3 Pricing: The embroidery coverage of letters has to be calculated by the full rectangular
           area occupied by the letters. If there are many satin stitches in a patch, please add a few
           cents or apply the higher embroidery coverage percentage for pricing as it would take more
           stitches. Daisy Crafts Co. will do its best to provide a stable price, however, Daisy reserves
           the right finally to define the embroidery coverage. Please send us your sample or sketch
           for a confirmed price if there are something special in the patch, or if it is an order of special
           quantity. Only the smooth edge can be marrow bordered. Otherwise the patch will be
           embroidered by inside edges, then cut out in shape with scissors.
     2.4 Price will be adjusted for metallic thread.

3. Backing: No backing, iron-on glue backing, plastic backing.

4. Embroidered appliques: Please send us your sketch or sample for our price quote.

5. Packing: All goods will be packed in PE bags, then in a strong carton box.

6. Time of production: Normally 3 weeks after receipt of your order. Rush order can be finished
           around 2 weeks.

7. Delivery: Sea mail, airlift surface mail, air mail, speedpost(EMS), Emery, UPS, DHL, or
           Federal Express. Usually we ship metal emblems by registered air parcel post. Freight is
           an added extra.

8. Payment:
     8.1 By check, credit card or telegraphic transfer(T/T) to Daisy Crafts.

     8.2 Please place us your order with 50% deposit. Orders without 50% deposit will not be

9. Remarks:
     9.1 Higher price for small orders.
     9.2 Please send us your order or payment(checks) by registered airmail.
     9.3 Should the products purchased prove other than so stated in your order, Daisy will remake
            them at our expense.
