    1.1 We can work out the fine artwork from your rough sketch.
    1.2 Confirmation of price will be quoted on request.
    1.3 Size is measured by maximum dimension. So the square  
           or rectangle shape is measured by diagonal. Also see 3.3
           below.

2. We can manufacture any kind of metal emblems for you:
    2.1 Metal: Copper, bronze, red brass, pewter or aluminum.
    2.2 Shapes: Flat, domed, curved, or cubic 3-dimension;  
                      die-struck(stamped), etched, or cast.
    2.3 Imprinting/Coating:

    2.4 Finish/Plating: Gold, silver, chromium, nickel, antique gold,
               antique silver, antique bronze, sandblasting or special
               finish.
    2.5 Attachments: We offer a choice ribbon, tie-tack, stickpin,
               safety catch, butterfly clutch, screw, stud, chain, jump
               ring, key chain, cuff-link...etc.
    2.6 Remarks:
            Each metal emblem is well polished, giving it a lustrous
            finish. We supply both the semi-finished (ready for plating)
            cloisonne emblem, and the finished products such as charms,
            medals, lapels, pins, badges, earrings, stickpins, tie-tacks,
            key-chains,...etc.

3. The price-lists#8392, #8393 and #8394 are for flat metal
    emblem 1 to 4 colors, gold plated.
    Price will be changed under the following cases:
       3.1 Minus 5% for nickel plating.
       3.2 Minus 10% for raw emblems, that is with enamel, but
             with no plating.
       3.3 Minus 10% for narrow shape that the proportion of width
             versus depth is less than 1:1/2.
       3.4 Add US$0.09/pc for curved or dome shape, and, US$30 for
             special domed tool.
       3.5 Add price properly for thicker material and complex color
             allocation in design.
       3.6 Add piercing tool charge US$17 per hole for piercing. Add
             US$0.025 for each piercing in emblems.
       3.7 Add 20% extra for antique gold/silver plating.
       3.8 These listed prices are for 1-4 colors. Add 10% for each
             additional color.
       3.9 Add 15% for transparent epoxy coating on the top of
             soft-enameled emblem.
      3.10 For 3-dimension dies, prices of dies and emblems will be
             charged on the complexity of design.
      3.11 Add US$0.02/pc for stamping logo on back.
      3.12 Add US$0.09/pc for enameling the narrow border around
              the pin.
      3.13 Handling charge US$16 for making samples(2pcs). This is
              free if the order is over than 500pcs. Cost of die/tool is
              always needed.
      3.14 Handling charge US$20 for small order less than 200pcs.

4. Back die(stamping logo on the back of the emblem):
      4.1 For hard-enameled emblem or die-struck soft-enameled
            emblem, the cost is US$47 for each logo, and this is
            charged one-time only per logo.
      4.2 For etched soft-enameled emblems, the etching logo on
            back of the emblem require a large negative to match
            the size/shape of front design; this cost is US$34 each
            design. Additional cost US$34 is required if the front
            design is changed.
5. Cost of attachments

     Prices include the parts, soldering, plating, or handwork as in
     the following:

6. Packing:  All goods will be packed in PE bags, then in a strong
        carton box.
7. Production time:Around 4 weeks. Urgent order is accepted.
8. Delivery: Sea mail, airlift surface mail, air mail, speedpost
        (EMS), Emery, DHL, UPS, or Federal Express. Usually we
        ship metal emblems by registered air parcel post. Freight is
        an added extra.
