Choose the proper production method for Lapel Pins, Medals, Key Chains:
1. The best way is: Let's suggest it for you	Please give me a very simple description about what you want, we will send you the price quote with our suggestion of production method.
2. Die-struck, new hard-enameled	It is die-struck then filled with colors. The colors are clean in good quality, hundreds colors provided. Please specify the color in your design by the Pantone Matching System (PMS). You also can describe the colors by the other methods. The colored area and metal area are flat on surface. If you only specify the "hard-enamel" or "cloisonne" but not indicate the "traditional hard-enamel" in your order, we will then use the "new hard-enamel" to proceed with your order.
3. Die-struck, traditional hard-enameled	It is die-struck then filled with colors. This is the old material of centuries. The color crystals involved very tiny natural dross. Limited 96 colors provided. The medals ordered by government may specify this material. The colored area and metal area are flat on surface.
4. Die-struck, soft-enameled	It is die-struck then filled with colors. Hundreds colors provided. Please specify the color in your design by the Pantone Matching System (PMS). You also can describe the colors by the other methods. The colored area are sunk and the metal portions are a little bit embossed on surface. Some users want to protect the soft enamel from scratched by asking the transparent epoxy coating on top. Some others like the embossed feeling without asking any protection.
5. Photo-etched, soft-enameled	Hundreds colors provided. Please specify the color in your design by the Pantone Matching System (PMS). You also can describe the colors by the other methods. The colored area and metal area are flat on surface. Some users want to protect the soft enamel from scratched by asking the transparent epoxy coating on top
6. Print	This is the silk-screen printing. The enameled area has the metal wall surrounded. If part of the color area is too small to be filled with colors, then this area will be printed instead. Some badges, like the buttons, are whole printed.
7. Die-struck (stamped)	The die can be flat or 3D. Usually the die-struck emblem is thicker than the emblem made by photo-etch.
8. Photo-etched	Etching can get more details than stamping (by die). However, the die-struck emblem can make the design in bas-relief, but the photo-etched emblem is only flat on surface.
9. Pewter, aluminum	Please contact us if you want the emblems or emblematic jewelry to be made by other materials.
10. Curved, domed, back-stamp	Do you want the emblem to fit the curve of cup or stick it on the paper weight? You can ask us to make it curved, domed or imprint the logo on back.
11. Polished, sand-blasted	If you like any special finish, please just give us your instruction.
12. Plate	Gold, nickel (silver color), antique gold, antique silver, antique copper or black nickel.
